General sign of Wilson’s Disease

v  Gradual anemia

v  Green line in the gum

v  Nausea, vomiting, abdominal colic, diarrhea

Vineyard sprayer’s lung syndrome– Chronic inhalation of copper sulfate causes histiocytic granulomatous lung

Corneal deposition– deposition of copper in the deeper layer of the cornea causes the formation of a ring around the cornea, as seen in Wilson’s disease
