General sign of Wilson’s Disease –
v Gradual anemia
v Green line in the gum
v Nausea, vomiting, abdominal colic, diarrhea

v Peripheral neuritis
v Degeneration and atrophy of the muscles
Vineyard sprayer’s lung syndrome– Chronic inhalation of copper sulfate causes histiocytic granulomatous lung
Chalcosis– the presence of copper deposits in the tissues
Corneal deposition– deposition of copper in the deeper layer of the cornea causes the formation of a ring around the cornea, as seen in Wilson’s disease
Green hair– chronic contact of hair with algicidal copper compound in swimming pool causes greenish discoloration of the hair
